(1) For the purpose of election, the Commission shall prepare the voter list by requesting the details of the persons holding the position of member of the Federal Parliament from the Secretariat of the Federal Parliament and the details of the persons holding the position of the member of the Provincial Assembly from the respective Provincial Assembly Secretariat. The voter list shall be provided to the election officer and the election officer shall publish the voter list in his office on the date and time specified in the election program. (3) The voter list according to this rule shall be published on the Commission's website.
